Delete from inside VORCEND

   Open your Profile.

   Make sure you are signed in to the commander you intend to delete.

   Choose “Delete game account.”

   Review the information shown in the game.

   Follow the confirmation steps.

   Account deletion removes your game account and unused game balances.

Cannot access the game?

Email support@vorcend.com with the subject “VORCEND account deletion.” Include your commander name, player ID if you know it, and the sign-in method you used. Support will explain how to verify ownership before acting.

Do not send a password, one-time sign-in code or full payment-card details. Opening an email or visiting this page does not delete an account.

What deletion means

Deletion removes your VORCEND profile and ordinary associated game and social data, including linked VORCEND email authentication data, friends and unused game balances.

It does not delete independent Apple, Google, Game Center, Play Games, Steam or other provider accounts. A previous Unity Player Account has its own separate account-management service.

Deleting your VORCEND account does not automatically request a store refund. Refund requests follow the applicable store process and your legal rights.

Records that may remain

Some transaction, security, abuse-prevention, backup and legally required records may need to be retained. Support can explain the records relevant to an individual request.

Limited purchase-verification, security and abuse-report records may remain after account deletion where necessary to fulfil purchases and refunds, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
