Who is responsible
VORCEND is published and operated by Melhem M Saleh. This policy covers the VORCEND game, this website and related support. Contact support@vorcend.com with questions or to exercise your privacy rights.
Information we process
- Account and game information. Player identifiers, display names, linked sign-in identifiers, friends, favorites, blocks, multiplayer membership, balances, energy and purchase-verification records. Email sign-in uses your email address and authentication information through VORCEND’s Firebase project.
- Communications. Lobby and match messages, player reports and support correspondence. If you choose in-match voice chat and grant microphone access, voice audio is transmitted through the voice service to players in your channel. Do not share sensitive information in game communications.
- Service and diagnostic information. IP addresses, device and app information, connection details and service logs needed to sign players in, connect matches, investigate problems and protect the service.
- Optional game analytics. App usage and match events, including game mode, army, battlefield and result, together with analytics service identifiers and technical information. Custom match events do not include your name, messages, password or sign-in tokens. Advertising collection and personalization are disabled in the game’s analytics integration.
- Purchases. The relevant store processes your payment. VORCEND uses transaction and verification information to grant coins and prevent duplicate grants. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the store.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, multiplayer, social features, optional voice chat, purchases and support; maintain the game and website; and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse. Optional analytics help us understand and improve game use.
Where applicable, our legal bases are performing the service agreement with you, our legitimate interests in maintaining and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent when required. You can ask us about the basis relevant to your request.
Your choices
Share game analytics is enabled by default in current game builds. You can turn it off under Profile → Privacy & account help → Share game analytics. This stops future optional game analytics collection; it does not by itself erase previously collected data. Essential account, purchase, multiplayer and security processing continues as needed to provide those services.
Voice chat is optional. You can decline microphone permission, mute voice chat or leave the channel. Use available block and report controls, and avoid sharing personal information with other players.
Services and recipients
VORCEND uses Unity Gaming Services for authentication, multiplayer, social and game services, including Vivox voice chat; Google Firebase for VORCEND email authentication and analytics; and the platform you choose for sign-in or purchases. Hosting and email providers deliver this website and support mailbox.
Other players can see information you share with them, such as your display name and messages. Support personnel and service providers may access relevant information to resolve problems or protect the service. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights.
Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards. Some act on our instructions, while others also process information for their own purposes. Their own policies and retention periods apply to that independent processing.
Deletion and retention
We keep active account and service information while it is needed to provide the game, resolve a request or fulfill the purposes described here. You can request account deletion under Profile → Delete game account, or email support if you cannot access the game. We verify ownership before acting on an external request.
Deletion removes your game profile and ordinary associated game and social data, including the linked VORCEND email identity, friends and unused balances. It does not delete an independent Apple, Google, Steam or other provider account, and does not automatically request a store refund.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle requests, fulfil purchases and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
After account deletion, limited purchase-verification, duplicate-purchase prevention, security and abuse-report records may remain where necessary for those purposes. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, applicable legal requirements and any unresolved matter; we do not currently apply a single automatic deletion deadline to all these records.
Ordinary lobby and match chat is not maintained as a permanent chat history by the game. Message excerpts submitted in player reports may be retained separately. Service-provider records and backups are subject to the relevant deletion processes; records processed independently by a provider follow that provider’s policies and obligations.

Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Send a request to support@vorcend.com. We may need information to verify your identity, but will not ask for your password or sign-in codes.
Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We handle requests within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable exceptions.
Players aged 16 and over
VORCEND is intended for players aged 16 and over. Do not use the game if you are under 16. Players aged 16 or 17 must have parent or guardian permission where local law requires it. A store content rating is separate from this minimum-age policy.
A parent or guardian can contact support@vorcend.com with an age-related concern or request concerning a child’s data. We will verify the relevant account relationship before disclosing information or acting on the request. If we learn that an under-16 player has provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to restrict the account and delete information, subject to necessary legal and safety retention.
Website and email privacy
This website provides game information, help and original media downloads. It does not provide a separate account system, take payments or collect newsletter subscriptions. Images and fonts are served locally with the website.
Hosting systems process requests to deliver and protect the website and may log IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser information and service or security events. This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social-media embeds or nonessential cookies.
If you use an email link, your email app and service process the message. We use your email address and the information you choose to send to respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary private information.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the game, services or data practices change. The effective date appears above. We will communicate material changes as required by applicable law.
